Responsibilities

Baptistcare is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator/Roster Coordinator to join our 73-bed Residential Aged Care facility in Midland. In this key position, you will be responsible for developing and managing staff rosters to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and adequate coverage across all shifts.
Working closely with the Manager Residential Care, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining efficient staffing operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating leave and training schedules, managing roster adjustments, and supporting various administrative tasks, including responding to payroll and staffing queries.
