Provide essential administrative support including rostering, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with guiding prospective residents and families on tours of our community. Manage accounts, process invoices, and support financial operations. Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our community runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Need: Experience in an administrative, reception, or customer service role (aged care or healthcare experience is a plus) Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy A friendly, professional manner with excellent communication skills Proficiency in computer systems including MS Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical Police check NDIS Worker Screening Check Support with Precision & Care If you are a skilled administrator who takes pride in your work and wants to contribute to a community that truly makes a difference, we would love to hear from you.
