Based at our North Ryde office and reporting to the Pricing Administration Manager, the Administration Officer provides support to the Cement Sales team and manages administration workflows, supports customer interactions and maintains accurate records. This role extends to handling customer disputes, processing orders and maintaining the sales databases to enhance customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the sales team. This role requires interfacing between various stakeholders including sales, customers, suppliers, and internal teams including logistics, finance, inventory, credit and accounts payable to facilitate seamless operations.
