Responsibilities
  • Responding to client and customer enquiries, providing accurate advice and assigning requests to the right personnel.
  • Welcoming visitors at reception and ensuring they are properly directed.
  • Coordinating appointments and bookings for services across multiple departments and external agencies.
  • Handling phone messages, word processing, and assisting with meeting preparations, including agenda and minute taking.
  • Supporting with the organisation of accommodation, flights, and video conference facilities.
  • Managing correspondence, including sorting, processing, and distributing documents both electronically and in print.
  • Ensuring safe work practices and adhering to quality assurance protocols.
