Administration Staff – Clothing & Embroidery Company (Must have Experience )
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Administration Staff Member to join our clothing and embroidery company.
Location - Vermont 3133 Vic

About the Role:
This is a casual, part-time position (weekdays only, flexible hours). You will be involved in both administrative and creative tasks, working closely with customers, suppliers, and our team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating mockups and assisting with clothing/embroidery design concepts
  • Preparing PDF illustrations for clients
  • Using Excel and Word for administrative tasks and record keeping
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinating with suppliers and handling orders
  • General admin duties to support the business

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of clothing and embroidery processes, including making mockups
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PDF illustration tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage supplier/customer relationships
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
