Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Manual Calculations & Statements (MC&S) team to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers throughout their journey with CSC.
This role requires strong attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day processes such as data entry, handling customer communications, assisting with application processing and providing accurate information to both internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to member and stakeholder enquiries via phone and written correspondence
  • Monitor team inboxes and manage workflow to meet service standards
  • Assist with reporting requirements by maintaining dashboards, compiling statistics and drafting reports.
  • Assist with manual payments and data quality checks (entry, cleansing, processing)
  • Maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes and audit reviews
  • Draft procedures, templates and process documentation
  • Collaborate with IT on system testing, bulk updates and process automation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and updating procedures
