Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The administration officer delivers services in line with our policies and procedures. You will:

  • Be motivated and committed to take on this role.
  • Perform reception duties, including answering calls, assisting visitors, and handle enquiries professionally.
  • Develop and maintain effective and productive working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as file management, data entry and agenda writing and minute taking.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Use and update databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and file transfers securely, ensuring proper record-keeping and confidentiality.
  • Support staff with projects and general meeting administration and other assigned tasks as needed.
