We are currently seeking a self-motivated and reliable Administration Officer to support our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who works well in a team environment, is organised, enjoys working across a variety of tasks, and takes pride in providing high quality administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders.
This is a temporary part time position to 31 December 2025 based on a 14 hour week with working days to be Monday and Tuesday.

You’ll work with a great team to:

  • Capture data and prepare application determinations processed by the Development and Environment Division
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to deliver efficient and effective service
  • Provide professional customer service to clients of Dubbo Regional Council
  • Maintain data relating to all categories of applications received and processed by the Development and Environment Division
Responsibilities

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to maintain a large workload with strict deadlines
  • Demonstrated skills and ability to relate effectively to a variety of clients offering a high level of customer service to both internal clients and external customers
  • Advanced proficiency in business related computer software (Microsoft Office Applications)
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team environmen
