Job Description 0.8 FTE | 12‑month maximum term | Set roster (Mon–Fri) Hybrid work form home Based at 13-15 Moore Street Liverpool on the lands of the Dharawal people 12% super + salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 About the program Each’s Early Childhood Approach (ECA) – South West Sydney partners with families of children aged 0–9, helping them access supports, information, and community connections through a warm, family‑centred approach. Your role, your impact As an Administration Officer, you’ll be the welcoming first point of contact for families and referrers—keeping information accurate, appointments flowing, and our service responsive. Your care and coordination helps families feel heard and supported from day one. What you’ll do Respond to calls and emails from families, referrers, and stakeholders with empathy and professionalism. Schedule appointments and coordinate staff calendars using Microsoft Outlook. Create and maintain child and parent accounts in the client management system; ensure records are complete and current. Monitor and triage the intake email inbox; respond or redirect appropriately. Contact families to gather information and support the Intake Team with administrative tasks. Generate data reports from the NDIA business system and maintain confidentiality at all times. Who we’re looking for Confidence using Microsoft Outlook and other office applications. NDIS Worker Screening Check (or currently in progress). Working With Children Check (NSW) and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
