An exciting opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and enthusiastic individual to join the Quality, Risk and Innovation Unit as the Administration Officer.
The Quality, Risk and Innovation Unit (QR&I) at Echuca Regional Health is a small dynamic team that develops and sustains systems that support our staff to provide safe, effective, person-centred care for our patients, clients and residents. As such, we facilitate the processes to ensure ERH complies with national clinical standards of care.
The QR&I Unit is currently seeking an experienced and proficient individual to be a part of the team to fulfil the role of Standards Administration Officer

Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and efficient administrative support to the Quality, Risk and Innovation team.
  • Preparation of committee meeting papers and minutes ensuring that the quality and timeliness of the papers are in accordance with ERH standards.
  • Provide secretarial support for various internal committee meetings to assist compliance with the National Safety & Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Coordination of meeting and focus month activities arrangements.
  • Use highly developed problem-solving skills to prioritise a high-volume workload and coordinate multiple tasks concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met with minimal supervision.
  • Production of communication materials.
