About the Role You’ll be hugely important in making sure our home runs smoothly – an indispensable helper to our residential aged care manager and client services officer. Usually, your day will involve: Friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email Managing the front desk, answering calls and managing emails Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow Welcoming visitors, volunteers, contractors to the home Assisting with ordering supplies and staff uniforms Keeping on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing etc Showing off our home to future residents and their families Supporting the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks You’ll be a people person and problem-solver, with high attention to detail.
