We are looking for a dynamic and detailed oriented office administrator to join our administration team. You will provide support to our accounting team and leadership team and assist our clients.

You will be responsible for:

  • Greet clients both virtually and in person
  • Making appointments for the team
  • Processing mail
  • Managing documents received
  • Collating reports in preparation for clients
  • Preparing and sending out invoices
  • Maintain our databases and document management systems

About you:

  • Proven track record – a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communicator – you are professional in your approach, clear and concise
  • Detail Oriented – nothing escapes your notice
  • Software is your friend - you love tech, can pick it up quickly and identify improvements in systems and processes
  • Confidentiality – you can handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
  • Proactive and Organised – You’re always one step ahead, anticipating needs before they arise
  • Willingness to learn – you are adaptable and eager to grow in your role
  • Fast learner – you can quickly grasp new processes and tools
  • Can do attitude – you willing to do what it takes to not only be successful in the role but also the success of the firm

Desirable but not essential

  • Knowledge of Xero (and associated products) or similar accounting software
  • Experience in a professional office environment
