Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Administration Officer supports the quality and compliance of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) operations by delivering a range of centralised administrative functions.
This is a back-office role working closely with training coordinators, trainers, and managers to ensure smooth delivery and compliance of accredited training. With a strong focus on data integrity, reporting and funding submissions, you’ll play a key role in ensuring compliant and efficient regional training delivery.
You’ll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team that spans from VIC to WA. The team prides itself on supporting one another, sharing tasks, and encouraging problem-solving and continuous improvement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and review accredited course data, ensuring accuracy of student records, completions, and certification documentation
  • Manage enrolment-related processes, including quality assurance checks, trainer-to-delivery mapping, withdrawals, and invoicing
  • Prepare and submit accurate data and funding reports, identifying and correcting discrepancies
  • Set up courses in the learning management system and support trainers/managers with administrative requirements
  • Provide compliance support during audits and regular reporting cycles
