Job Description We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, innovative administrator to join our dynamic team as Administration Officer. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support to the School of Medicine and Dentistry in a range of operational areas. They will contribute to continuous improvement and organisational success and have responsibility for managing key functional programs and projects including School-based admissions. The successful candidate will work closely with the School Manager and School Executive Officer, academic and professional staff colleagues in support of the School's mission and vision. About you We are seeking applications from candidates who possess excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, outstanding organisational skills, a commitment to providing outstanding client-service, and an innovative mind-set with the skills to drive continuous improvement. Evidence of the ability to contribute positively to a team and to collaborate within and across teams is also highly desirable. They will also possess: A minimum of an associate diploma qualification and at least two years relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant skills, knowledge and experience. What we can offer This is a full-time position and will be primarily based at Griffith University Gold Coast. As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations. Griffith University’s campuses are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples. Salary Range The full-time base salary for a HEW Level 5 is in the range $79,705 - $89,416 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation. The total package is in the range $93,255 - $104,617 per annum.
