Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Admin officer with Dubai real estate experience to support our daily brokerage operations. The role requires strong administrative skills, proven property management knowledge, and the ability to coordinate tasks across compliance, listings, HR, on boarding, visa, AML regulation and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist where needed with preparing, proofing, and publishing property listings across real estate portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Obtain and track RERA/Trakheesi permits for new listings
  • Support the Managing Director and Sales Team with scheduling, documentation, and CRM updates (PropSpace)
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for contracts, KYC/AML documents, , sales processes, tenancy contracts, and Ejari records
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism
  • Coordinate with external partners including developers, banks, and government portals (e.g., DLD, RERA)
  • Ensure property photos, brochures, and marketing materials are uploaded in the correct formats where needed alongside admin assistant.
  • Track office supplies, utilities, and service providers
  • Onboarding of staff, visas, licensing / HR tasks where required

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative or office assistant / management experience in Dubai real estate or property is essential
  • Do not apply if you have no experience in Dubai real estate / property management – applications will be rejected and reported
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems (PropSpace, Salesforce, Masterkey, or similar) is a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic or additional languages an advantage)
  • Positive, professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of UAE laws, KYC /AML
  • Understanding and experience in Visa and RERA licensing application / extension

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: up to AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience
