HammondCare is currently searching for a Perm, Full-time experienced Administrator. The role of the Administrative Support Officer works within the Mission and Mission in Action to provide administrative support to the Residential Care service in Erina. The Administrative Support Officer is required to provide an elevated level of service that enables the Residential Care site to function smoothly and efficiently. It is an important “front office” role that requires commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers. The workplace is flexible and friendly, with an emphasis on reciprocal support between management and staff. The essence of this role: Provide administration support to the Residential Aged Care team. First point of contact for all enquiries via telephone and often emails. Display commitment, initiative, and confidence in dealing with internal and external customers. Support managers with rostering and contacting staff. About you: Commitment to engage and align with HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action. Rostering experience is a must. Applicants without this will not be considered. Exceptional skills with Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional customer service focus with a professional and friendly manner. Practical experience in a busy office environment.
