ABOUT OUR COMPANY

  • Australian company HouseSmart Real Estate Pty Ltd is hiring more contract office workers for our administration work centre in the Philippines.
  • Our work hub is located in Sangandaan, Quezon City.
  • Established in Western Australia in 2002, we have been working with Filipino contract staff since 2011.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Computer skills, including typing at least 30 words per minute
  • English proficiency
  • Degree completed in accounting, business, commerce, entrepreneurship, finance or similar.
Responsibilities
  • Processing applications to rent houses (this is the most fun task, it is like being a detective and investigating the background of people)
  • Typing Property Condition Reports (can be a bit boring but you will learn what’s inside the property)
  • Calling tenants to collect payments for rent and invoices
  • Real Estate software navigation
  • Receiving incoming calls from clients (you will be interested in their accents)
  • Proper encoding of information
  • Preparing documents for tenant including leases and other agreements.
