Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate has:

  • Proven success in a logistics administration role, with a focus on accounts data entry, RCTI, and payments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in logistics or accounting software.
  • A solid understanding of logistics operations and administration processes.
  • Strong accuracy and time management skills in handling data and documents.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working collaboratively across the business.
  • A positive mindset and ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Duties:

  • Managing Logistics Operations: Overseeing shipments, inventory tracking, transportation coordination, and bookings and allocations.
  • Accounts Data Entry: Accurate entry of financial data related to logistics activities, including invoicing.
  • Documentation: Preparing and maintaining documents, including invoices, delivery receipts, schedules, training records, logbooks and runsheets.
  • Reporting: Preparing monthly reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and financial transactions.
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Communicating with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Reconciliation: Assisting with account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in logistics-related accounts.
  • Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support across logistics and accounting functions.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
