Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time Administration Officer role based in Wayville, South Australia. You will be supporting the efficient and effective operation of the office, handling a variety of administrative duties to assist the team at H.U. Partners’.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Providing general administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning and organising documents
  • Answering and transferring incoming phone calls
  • Managing the office supplies inventory and placing orders as needed
  • Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
  • Maintaining and updating office procedures and policies
  • Supporting event and meeting coordination
  • Support the senior leaders in the business
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
