About the role We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Officer to join the Swim, Sport and Leisure team. This role is responsible for delivering professional administrative support across the department, ensuring efficient daily operations and high-quality customer service to staff, members, and the wider community. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage a variety of administrative, finance, and customer service tasks while supporting the department’s commitment to providing outstanding leisure and recreation services. Key responsibilities include: * Provide professional administrative support to the Swim, Sport and Leisure department * Prepare correspondence, reports, and maintain accurate records and documentation * Process invoices, purchase orders, banking reconciliations, and finance administration tasks * Respond to enquiries from staff, members, suppliers, and the general public * Maintain customer information and database systems including Centaman * Support staff with memberships, systems, policies, and procedures * Assist in improving customer service processes and operational efficiencies * Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and records management requirements About you You are an experienced administration professional with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in busy environments, can manage competing priorities effectively and are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
