For our business, for clients, and for you Job Title: Administration Officer - Investor Services Location: Tel Aviv/ Bet Shemesh Full Time and Work from the Office Job Overview As part of the Investor Services team, you will serve as a key contact for fund investors, fund managers, and internal teams. You will support fund operations by managing investor documentation, maintaining registries, and conducting AML/KYC reviews, ensuring all processes are carried out with accuracy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Collaborative mindset with the ability to resolve issues and meet tight timelines. Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Serve as a primary point of contact for investor-related queries across assigned funds. < >Review and process investor documentation, including AML/KYC checks, in compliance with regulations. Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new investors and support ongoing investor lifecycle processes. Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fund structures, timelines, and documentation. Prioritize and organize tasks effectively, ensuring attention to detail and follow-through. Work efficiently under pressure and manage tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or service quality. Required Skills & Qualifications Native Hebrew speaker; strong English proficiency preferred. Bachelor's degree related field preferred; relevant work experience needed. Strong client service orientation with clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and perform well under pressure.
