Responsibilities

Reporting to the Information, Technology & Digital Transformation Manager you will support the IT Team with administration, procurement and logistics tasks to assist in providing business 1st class IT support to Hyne Group. As part of the role you will have the opportunity to develop new IT skills to support the business.

Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Procurement of IT Equipment and Asset Management.
Raising Purchase Orders and receipting equipment within Pronto (ERP)
Reviewing invoices, liaising with vendors as required.
Managing the IT element of staff movements, including enabling and disabling accounts, building and dispatch of equipment, security passes and simple user account management.
Assisting the IT team with expenses, claims and travel.
Assisting with meeting notes and project scheduling.
Providing some basic IT support within the Brisbane Office.
