Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for reception duties, filing, data entry, record keeping, and a range of general administrative tasks, all while fostering a welcoming and respectful environment. You will engage with staff, residents, their families, and visitors, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience. A friendly, patient, and adaptable attitude is essential, along with the ability to manage interruptions smoothly and maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
This is a casual position to cover unplanned and planned leave

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and visitors to the site.
  • Act as a point of contact for resident inquiries, referring them to the Manager/Supervisor as appropriate.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, word processing, minute-taking, and photocopying.
  • Input and maintain records to ensure compliance with internal and external reporting requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
