Responsibilities
Greet all customers
Handle enquires with a friendly and professional manner
Manage a busy Emergency Department reception desk
Answer and redirect calls
Prepare admission paperwork
Perform Health Fund Checks as required
Ability to work in Fast paced environment
Manage the collection of Emergency Department deposits, Health fund Excess/ co-payments and out of pocket fees
Coordinate with staff from other departments
Maintain accurate and timely patient information data collection and processing of medical records
