Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated experience in a clinic setting including reception duties, phone enquiries and appointment scheduling
  • Demonstrated effective customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Medicare eligibility and billing practices
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new processes
  • Ability to be flexible and display initiative
