Job Description Overall Purpose: Performs routine, non-routine and clerical duties to ensure office(s) run smoothly and efficiently, colleagues work in a comfortable, clean, welcoming and safe office. Main accountabilities (Main Responsibilities): Service Management Routine and regular administrative work, including but not limited to: Phone answering Mail room management Payment Contracts Inventory control etc Internal Make and implement department rules, policy, SOP correctly and properly. External On-site support for visitors (such as: government officials etc) Supervision for service providers Environnement Management: office in good condition at all perspectives People Management Internal Colleagues: to provide qualified services External Vendors: how to ensure they meet our needs Event and Project Management: Per needs and per assignments Qualifications Positive and willing to be challenged.
