Responsibilities

The Clinical Information Officer (Administration Officer) - RPS/Reception is responsible for a comprehensive range of customer service, reception and administrative tasks associated with maintaining Medical Records (paper, hybrid and electronic) including medical record scanning to support the Clinical Information Department in providing a high quality service to its customers.
The Clinical Information Department is the centre for the collection of patient/client information. It manages Medical Records that store information concerning the patient/client and their care.
