ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Fairfield Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic Administration Officer (Level 2) to join our supportive team in the Ward Orderly Department. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our wards running smoothly, ensuring patients receive timely and coordinated care. As an Administration Officer, you’ll be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including patient record management, coordination of orderly services, and general clerical support. You’ll be a vital link between clinical staff and support services, helping to maintain efficient workflows and clear communication across the department. Strong organisational skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities will be essential.
