Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role provides a broad range of clerical and complex administrative tasks to support the Magistrates Early Referral Team Leader, Drug & Alcohol/MERIT/Drug Court teams facilitating smooth operation of the service/unit/facility.
The Administration Officer will be required to carry out a range of tasks including typing correspondence, accurately entering data for statistical purposes, registering/updating clients information into IPM, CHOC, MERIT Data Set, record Drug Court data, generation of regular statistics for reports, developing agendas and minutes for Team meetings, general receptionists duties and any additional tasks as requested by the Team Leader. The Administrator Officer will assist with other duties within the Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol Service facility as required.
