Your role, your impact As an Administration Officer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the NDIS Children’s Therapy Service (NCTS) and Community Health Paediatric and Counselling teams. Your work will help ensure children and families receive timely, high-quality support, making a real difference in their lives. Key responsibilities: Coordinate and support client services – Manage administrative tasks, create quotes, follow up on compliance, and prepare billing packages Respond to client and internal enquiries – Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate information Manage appointments and schedules – Use Carelink and Outlook to organise staff and client bookings Engage with clients – Support onboarding, correspondence, contracts, and retention for NDIS clients Assist with billing – Support customer billing processes and financial administration Draft and contribute to documentation – Prepare minutes, reports, presentations, and correspondence Ensure compliance and reporting – Meet organisational, funding, and legislative requirements Communicate with stakeholders – Collaborate across all levels of the Primary Care teams About you You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Experience in health service administration (NDIS experience highly regarded) Strong administrative skills and attention to detail Confidence using systems such as Carelink, Jeddox, and MS Office Suite Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a good head for numbers Understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and the needs of diverse communities What will make you stand out Experience with NDIS administration Familiarity with medical software Previous work in the not-for-profit sector Knowledge of CALD and diverse communities’ needs What’s in it for you?
