Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE | MO TE TUNGA:

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to deliver quality, comprehensive administration services that enable managers and colleagues to fulfil their roles with increased efficiency and effectiveness.
As an Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of site operations-ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating meetings and managing supplies to supporting recruitment and maintaining accurate records, your work will directly contribute to a safe, efficient, and client-focused environment.
You’ll engage with a wide range of stakeholders and play a key role in enabling our teams to deliver exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and events
  • Managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and premises repairs
  • Administering correspondence, documentation, and secure file storage
  • Supporting recruitment processes and privacy/OIA requests
  • Processing invoices, expense claims, and payroll entries
  • Managing MSD fleet bookings, servicing, and compliance
  • Maintaining accurate client records and business systems
  • Building collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    This role will cover both our New Plymouth and Waitara Offices.
