Job Title: Administration Officer
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours. Working 4 days 08:00 -16:00

YOU’LL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
· Previous Customer Service experience
· Microsoft Office package knowledge e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel
· NHS System Knowledge
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Responsible for contacting patients by letter and/or telephone to confirm and book appointments and hospital transport arrangements, adhering to the Trust policy concerning patient confidentiality.
· Receive and make telephone calls via the busy contact centre. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt delivery. Booking and rescheduling patient’s appointments.
· Deal with telephone enquiries, mail/ email promptly and efficiently.
· Use email daily to read new messages, saving and deleting information as appropriate and in line with current policies.
