Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to an internal promotion, we are now looking for another Administration superstar to join our Admin team at our Lismore Animal Nutrition Manufacturing site. This is a permanent full-time role.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to manage administrative tasks at our Lismore based mill.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and liaising with various departments. Customer service and sales (in person at the counter, via phone and email etc.). Sales order processing, order receival and other related aspects to stock and inventory management.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a background in administrative roles. Knowledge of the grain and mill industry is a plus. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or feed mill environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with inventory and production management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and software - purchase orders, goods receipting, invoicing/budget tracking.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • A solution and customer care focused mindset and skillset.
