Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Administration Officer to work within our CSI FM Corporate Office at Francis Greenway Correctional Complex.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • In the role you will be required to provide a range of administrative and business support services, including working with Facilities Maintenance work orders, Asset Management, Inventory Management, Quality Management Systems and effective record management and retention.
  • Assist in Compliance Management & Safety Management Systems.
  • Conduct routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination and support the effective operation of CSI FM business units and liaise with Statewide CSI FM Operations.
  • Pronto & EDRMS experience is preferred but not essential.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience which demonstrates the ability to meet the key accountabilities and focus capabilities as detailed in the role description.
  • Current Driver Licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role.
  • Willing to work in a team environment and work across varying disciplines in a flexible manner.
  • Use Business Information Management Systems to effectively manage workflow processes, such as; MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS Project, Pronto Asset Management Module & EDRMS.
  • Possess proven experience in administration and facilities maintenance operations
  • Provide a positive role model and demonstrate personal values, such as honesty, ethics and integrity which support CSI and social values.
  • Manage resources efficiently and effectively to achieve planned outcomes.
  • Create and maintain a safe working environment for staff, contractors, inmates and visitors to comply with Work Health & Safety legislation.
