You will coordinate correspondence, manage diaries and appointments, and support meetings, seminars and reporting processes. In this role, you will prioritise and process communications, provide data entry and reporting support, and assist with rostering and resource planning activities. You will also contribute to high-quality customer service, support executive functions such as visits and forums, and maintain efficient work practices while meeting deadlines and participating in quality improvement initiatives.   About You: * You must have proven experience in providing a confidential and professional administrative support service with efficiency and accuracy. * You must have experience in providing accurate and professional administrative services to committees including minute taking, preparing agendas and other relevant material and attending to relevant action items. * You must have proven experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems and procedures. * You must have experience in undertaking minor research projects, including the compilation of data and the preparations of briefing documents and summary reports.
