Responsibilities

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is responsible for providing livestock administration and sales support including:

  • Performing branch administrative tasks including livestock sales processing, accounts payable, expenses, banking, receipting
  • Managing vendor and purchaser accounts including reconciliation and debt collection
  • Maintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities
  • Support in building our finance and insurance connections within the business and externally.
  • Maintaining safety processes within the branc

To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in an office Administration support role, in a busy environment and ideally have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

  • Excellent computer skills including SAP and Outlook & Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communications skills
  • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • Ability to identify ways to improve internal processe
