DESCRIPTION

This is a vital administrative role supporting the Committee of Management and staff team in the smooth and efficient running of our early childhood service. Roles include:

  • ensuring that the service meets its obligations under all relevant legislation, including the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010, the National Regulations, and the Kindergarten Funding Guide.
  • a wide range of administrative tasks and will be a key point of contact for families, staff, and external organisations
  • supporting the Educational Leader and Committee with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Liaising with external bodies such as the Department of Education, ELAA, and local government as directed
  • Maintaining accurate service records, including enrolment and yearly compliance documentation
  • Assisting our enrolment officer
  • Attending monthly committee meetings onsite

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a community-focused environment, values teamwork, and takes pride in supporting the delivery of high-quality early education through strong administration.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, and Google drive. You will hold a valid Working with children check and a valid mandatory reporting certificate.
