ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and fast learning person join our Administration Team. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. The successful candidate will be located at our Pennington branch, 5013. In this role, we are looking for someone with high attention to detail, strong communication skills and enthusiasm for change.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Perform Reception/Gatehouse duties liaising with customers, vendors and transport companies and provide information and advice on a daily basis, with a high level of customer service.
  • Complete branch administrative duties associated with the auction process with a high level of accuracy, meeting agreed timeframes.
  • Support internal departments to meet their objectives and administration requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume reception or customer service position
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously without close supervisio
