This administration position is responsible for the efficient reception, administration of the Northern Sydney PARVAN Services. A key feature of this position is the interface with and support of service delivery to clients and NSLHD Health workers contacting the service. This position has frontline, first point of contact responsibility for the Northern Sydney PARVAN Service. This role works under the direction of the PARVAN Administration Team Leader.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated computer/data entry skills with competency in the use of Microsoft Office products, e-systems - including eMR, TRIM, iprocurement, etc.
Demonstrated ability to exercise problem solving skills using reference to established methods and procedures.
