    Our Administration Team require enthusiastic and motivated persons to join our expanding admin team to work across our 7 days of operation.
    This role will see you working at front desk being the first friendly face people are greeted with when entering the Hospital and working at the back of department at the switchboard or in data entry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a busy reception desk
  • Answer and redirect calls
  • Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
  • Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
  • Perform Health Fund Checks as required
  • Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
