ABOUT THE ROLE

Our customer focused administration team are responsible for ensuring the seamless patient health journey. The team are here to effectively support all clinical and non-clinical areas of the hospital. As a first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all. Permanent part-time opportunity - 48 hours per fortnight.

The key tasks within this position will include:

  • Reception and Administration responsibilities – handling enquiries from patients and their families, and also Doctor’s and their support staff.
  • Provide timely and accurate information in response to queries by patients, Doctors and other customers.
  • Efficiently and accurately perform pre-admissions and admissions processes.
