Job Description We are seeking a flexible, organised and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Emergency Department as an Administration Officer. This is a casual position with the potential to transition to permanent part-time. The successful candidate must be available to work a range of shifts—including those listed below—as well as weekends and peak holiday periods. Shift Times: • 05:00–13:00 • 08:00–17:00 • 13:00–21:00 • 17:00–01:00 Working in our fast-paced, high-pressure Emergency Department, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate admission, discharge and billing of patients, often while managing competing priorities and responding to rapidly changing demands. Outside of main reception operating hours, you will also be the first point of contact for patient and visitor enquiries, providing professional, compassionate and efficient customer service while managing a high volume of enquiries in a busy clinical environment. About You The role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilient in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
