Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Due to an internal movement Centacare has an opening for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Mental Health, Counselling, and Wellbeing Services unit. In this position, you will collaborate with the administration team and report directly to the Administration Manager.

This is a permanent full-time position with the following work hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday, & Friday: 8:45AM - 5:06PM
  • Wednesday & Thursday: 11.54PM - 8:00PM

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and maintaining client records, appointment bookings, communications, and other data.
  • Perform reception duties, welcoming clients and visitors professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, colleagues, other services, and the community while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and other Mental Health, Counselling, and Wellbeing services.
  • Handle invoicing and purchase site resources.
