Responsibilities

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting through to the Finance and Administration Manager within our Integrated and Managed Services (IMS) business unit, this role will see you applying your accounts and quality administration skills.
As part of your role, you will be building and maintaining rapport across our diverse client base, maintaining the customer database along with processing of supplier and subcontractor invoices with a variety of tasks.

COMPRISED IN THE ROLE:

  • Providing administration support and ensure the smooth running of administration tasks
  • Use of our waste tracking system, Excel and Access databases,
  • Process and verification of subcontractor invoices,
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve individual client requirements,
  • Month end processing, reporting and data integrity,
  • Assist accounts payable with supplier account enquiries,
  • Assist the various administration team members with their respective account duties,
  • Continuous improvement of all administration processes,
  • Assist management as required,
  • Ensuring data capture and reporting across all systems, is timely and accurate,
  • This position is not limited to the above and may change at times to meet business requirements.
