ADMINISTRATION OFFICER NEEDED
We need a super team member who brings these three key qualities:
1: A passion for helping the elderly and can communicate easily and empathetically with clients on the phone to help arrange services for them.
2: Ability to operate adeptly in a complex business environment, liaising with partners, clients, service team, contractors, and other business departments.
3: Interest in learning the accounts management function and developing skills in accounts payable / receivable and payroll.

Responsibilities:
Working across the scheduling and accounts departments to deliver exceptional service outcomes for our current and new clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating with elderly clients on the phone to capture their individual needs and schedule services.
- Liaising with client’s care managers to confirm requirements and update them regarding any changes.
- Coordinating service team schedules across NSW and QLD to optimise economic outcomes and efficiency for our service team and their clients.
- Tactical sourcing of contractors to deliver specialty services such as window cleaning, gardening, general maintenance etc.
- Monitoring of daily service schedules and liaison with State Managers as required to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Learning the accounts management function and developing skills in accounts payable / receivable and payroll.
