QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year experience within a similar Administration role
  • Driver’s Licence
  • Reliable Vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance
  • Current Criminal History Check - or willing to obtain
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate - or willing to obtain

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the Recruitment, Directors and Coordination teams
  • Assist with incoming phone calls and face to face enquiries in a busy office environment
  • Data entry including scanning and uploading of confidential client and employee information
  • Regular reporting and compliance to meet auditing requirements
  • Manage outlook calendar bookings
  • Managing various stock requirements
  • General Administration Duties - Monitoring and replying to emails, maintaining office supplies, data entry, scanning and filing
  • Ability to earn and interchange between multiple computer program
