Responsibilities
  • Organise, prepare, and store information in both paper and digital formats.
  • Ensure that service standards outlined in the Service Standards Statement (SSS), associated authority regulations, and contractual terms and conditions are met, maintained, and continuously improved for the assigned business area.
  • Provide exceptional customer care and support to clients, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Continually monitor service standards and practices; prepare and conduct desktop monthly service audits to ensure compliance and high performance.
  • Manage key services, including monthly returns to the Authority and ordering new keys as required.
  • Order and manage catering equipment through Lockhart, in collaboration with the ASU Furniture Supervisor.
  • Provide support to the Logistic Support Services Manager and Procurement Supervisor. Deputize for the Logistic Support Services Manager in their absence, particularly in supporting the PFI furniture provision to the customer/client.
  • Undertake and manage furniture audits using the CAFM system Planet.
  • Record holidays and absences, ensure team meetings are held in compliance with the set agenda, and monitor shared email and CAFM system for helpdesk calls, assigning jobs to the fitter team.
  • Provide administrative support when required, including filing, photocopying, typing, and performing other relevant administrative tasks.
  • Complete first aid checks monthly, record and manage loan item bookings, order stationery as required, and maintain the central archive store.
  • Maintain and monitor effective training for colleagues, ensuring all staff receive the necessary advice and training related to company policy and operations.
