About the role Maintain patient confidentiality while managing and filing clinical notes and medical records. Support the Inpatient team with record-keeping, scanning, and administrative tasks. Organise and track notes from the Emergency Department, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Retrieve records from on-site and offsite storage, assisting across the department as needed. Contribute to team meetings and support continuous improvements under the guidance of the Health Information Manager. About you Experienced in clerical and administrative work with strong organisational skills. Knowledgeable in-patient privacy and committed to accuracy. Confident with keyboarding, word processing, and internet-based systems. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work well with teams. Medical terminology knowledge is a plus.
