Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our team as an Outpatient Administration Officer, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive seamless care and support. In this role, you will:

  • Manage patient appointments, including cancellations and re-bookings, to keep clinics running smoothly.
  • Welcome patients, answer calls, and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical systems.
  • Arrange transport and interpreter services for patients with travel or language needs.
  • Handle medical records, type clinical correspondence, and distribute reports and results promptly.
  • Support daily operations by ordering supplies, coordinating with clinical trial centres, and assisting the team as needed.
