Location: Worksop, S81

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Administrator / Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within a busy and dynamic education setting in Rotherham.

This role is ideal for a professional administrator with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience supporting senior management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and PA support to senior leaders.
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
  • Take accurate minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Support project work and general administration across the organisation.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in an Executive Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administration role.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
  • Experience within an educational environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
