Executive Administrator / Personal Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Worksop, S81
Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Administrator / Personal Assistant to support senior leaders within a busy and dynamic education setting in Rotherham.
This role is ideal for a professional administrator with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and previous experience supporting senior management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and PA support to senior leaders.
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Take accurate minutes and monitor follow-up actions.
- Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support project work and general administration across the organisation.
- Act as a professional first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.
You will have:
- Previous experience in an Executive Administrator, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administration role.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Experience within an educational environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
